How to Deposit USDT
Follow these steps to add funds to your CitadelVest Pro account safely.

You must use the TRC20 network. Sending via any other network cannot be reversed by anyone.

Step-by-step instructions

Open your exchange app

Go to Binance, Bybit, OKX, or any exchange where you hold USDT.

Navigate to Withdraw / Send

  • Binance: Wallet → Fiat and Spot → Withdraw
  • Bybit: Assets → Withdraw
  • OKX: Assets → Withdraw

Select USDT (Tether)

Make sure the coin is USDT, not USDC, BUSD, BTC, or ETH.

Choose TRC20 as the network

You will see a list of networks. Only these are correct:

Enter your deposit address

Copy your assigned address from the Wallet page, or scan the QR code there.

Log in to see your personal deposit address

info A valid TRC20 address starts with "T" and is exactly 34 characters long.

Enter amount

Minimum deposit is $10 USDT. If it's your first time, start small to verify everything works.

Review and confirm

Before tapping "Confirm", verify all four:

check_circle Currency: USDT
check_circle Network: TRC20 (Tron)
check_circle Address starts with "T" — 34 characters
check_circle Amount is at least $10

Wait for confirmation

Usually 1–5 minutes. Your balance updates automatically in your dashboard — no action needed.

check_circle Do this

  • Use TRC20 network
  • Double-check the address
  • Start with a small test amount
  • Save your transaction ID
  • Contact support if delayed 10+ min

cancel Don't do this

  • Use the wrong network
  • Rush through the steps
  • Send a different coin (BTC, ETH…)
  • Ignore the network warning
  • Panic if it takes 5 minutes

Deposit not showing after 10 minutes? Look up your transaction hash on TronScan.org to confirm it was sent correctly.
Used the wrong network? Contact support immediately — recovery may be possible in some cases.
Sent to the wrong address? Unfortunately funds cannot be recovered. Always verify before confirming.
