These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CitadelVest Pro ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of our website, services, and any associated tools or features (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them, along with our Privacy Policy and Anti-Money Laundering Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
To use CitadelVest Proo, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Account Registration: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
One Account Per User: Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them. The Platform is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
No Account Sharing: You may not share access to your account with any third party or allow any third party to use your account on your behalf.
CitadelVest Pro provides a digital investment platform that allows users to participate in structured investment plans, track portfolio performance, make deposits and withdrawals in USDT (TRC20), access financial charts and data, and communicate with support staff.
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect their funds or active investments.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times.
Nature of Investment Plans: CitadelVest Pro offers structured investment plans with defined return rates and durations. These plans are described on the Platform at the time of investment.
Plan Terms: Once an investment is initiated, the stated plan terms apply for the duration of that investment. The Platform may introduce new plans or retire existing plans, but changes will not affect investments already in progress.
Early Withdrawal: Users may withdraw from active investment plans early subject to any applicable fees, penalties, or reduced returns as specified in the plan description at the time of investment.
Deposits: The Platform accepts deposits exclusively in USDT (TRC20 network). The minimum deposit amount is $10 USDT. Deposits sent via other networks (e.g., ERC20, BEP20) will not be credited and may be permanently lost.
MEMO Requirement: Each user is assigned a unique MEMO/tag that must be included with every deposit. Deposits submitted without the correct MEMO may not be automatically credited. A manual claim process is available for such cases, though recovery is not guaranteed.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is $5 USDT. Withdrawal requests are processed by the Platform's administrative team and are subject to review for security and compliance purposes. Processing times may vary.
Withdrawal Review: The Platform reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal request pending additional identity verification, compliance review, or investigation of suspicious activity.
Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once a withdrawal has been processed and broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed. Users are solely responsible for providing correct withdrawal addresses.
The Platform may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to withdrawal processing fees, network fees, or early withdrawal penalties from investment plans. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed prior to the completion of any transaction.
The Platform reserves the right to introduce, modify, or remove fees at any time with reasonable notice provided to users.
You agree not to use the Platform for any of the following activities:
Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
The Platform is required to comply with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As part of this compliance, we may require you to submit identity documents and other information at any time, including but not limited to:
Failure to complete required verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restricted access to Platform features, suspension of withdrawal capabilities, or account termination.
All identity documents and personal data submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall Platform design, is the exclusive property of CitadelVest Pro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any part of the Platform without our express written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CitadelVest Pro and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to the Platform in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by submitting a request through the Settings page. Prior to account deletion, you must withdraw all available funds. Active investments and pending withdrawals may affect the timing of account closure.
Termination by the Platform: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a security risk, or if required by applicable law or regulation.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to ownership, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
The Platform reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and/or by posting a notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date of last revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the Platform operator, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body, conducted in English.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Platform.
