Higher plans offer higher weekly rates because more capital allows us to execute larger arbitrage positions with greater frequency.

Returns accrue daily at your plan's daily rate (weekly rate ÷ 7). For example, on the Velocity plan (9%/week), your daily rate is approximately 1.286%/day. On a $1,000 investment that's roughly $12.86 per day. After 30 days, total profit ≈ $385.70. Your dashboard shows your live accruing value in real time.

You can have one active plan at a time. This is the same model used by professional arbitrage desks — splitting capital into multiple identical strategies adds no benefit. If you want to invest more, you can top up your current plan at any time by clicking "Invest Now" while a plan is active. To switch to a different plan, withdraw your current investment first.

When your plan reaches its end date, your full principal plus all accrued profit is automatically credited to your USDT wallet balance inside the platform. You can then withdraw it to your external wallet, or start a new plan with the full amount for compounded growth.

Yes. If you have an active Spark plan and want to add $200 more, clicking "Invest Now" will show you a top-up screen. The new funds are added to your existing position and begin accruing at the same daily rate immediately. The plan end date stays the same as the original.

The displayed rates are target returns based on our historical arbitrage performance. Like all financial products, returns depend on market conditions and execution quality. We maintain a 98.3% win rate on executed arbitrage positions. Please read our Risk Disclosure before investing.

The ROI calculator lets you input an amount and select a plan to preview your expected daily profit, weekly earnings, and total return at maturity — before committing. You can also click "Start Investment" directly from the calculator to pre-fill your investment modal.

From your dashboard, click "Deposit". You'll see your unique wallet address for each supported currency (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH). Copy the address and send from your external wallet. Include your MEMO/tag exactly as shown — deposits without the correct MEMO cannot be attributed to your account.

USDT (TRC20): Typically 1–5 minutes after network confirmation.
BTC: 1–3 confirmations required, usually 10–40 minutes.
ETH: 12–30 confirmations required, usually 5–15 minutes.

Once confirmed on-chain, submit a deposit claim from the Deposits page and our team will credit your account within 30 minutes.

There is no minimum deposit amount — you can deposit any amount. However, keep in mind that investment plans have minimum amounts ($50 for Spark, $500 for Velocity, etc.), so ensure your deposit covers the plan you intend to start.

Your MEMO is a unique numerical tag linked to your account. Because many users share the same deposit wallet addresses, the MEMO is the only way our system can identify which account a deposit belongs to. Always include your MEMO exactly as shown on the Deposits page. Deposits sent without a MEMO may be unrecoverable.

First, verify your transaction is confirmed on a block explorer (e.g., Tronscan for TRC20). Once confirmed, go to the Deposits page and submit a deposit claim with your transaction hash. Our support team reviews claims within 30 minutes. If you're still stuck, contact us at [email protected].

Yes. You can withdraw your active investment at any time — there is no lock-up period and no early withdrawal penalty. You'll receive your original principal plus all profit accrued up to the moment of withdrawal. Simply click "Withdraw All" on your active investment card.

Go to the Wallet page from the dashboard navigation, then click Withdraw. Enter the amount you wish to send and your TRC20 wallet address. Withdrawal requests are processed by our team, typically within 1–24 hours. You'll receive a confirmation once the transaction is broadcast.

The minimum withdrawal is $10 USDT. This covers network transaction fees and ensures efficient processing. There is no maximum withdrawal limit.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–24 hours on business days. Once approved, the funds appear in your external wallet within minutes depending on network congestion. Sovereign plan holders receive priority processing, typically under 2 hours.

You keep everything you've earned. If you started a 30-day Velocity plan and withdraw after 15 days, you receive your principal plus 15 days of accrued profit. There are no penalties or forfeitures for early withdrawal.

Yes, 2FA is available and highly recommended. You can enable it from your account settings using an authenticator app like Google Authenticator or Authy. This adds an extra layer of security by requiring a time-based code in addition to your password when logging in.

Every CitadelVest account has a unique referral code. Share your code or link with friends. When they register and make their first deposit, you earn a referral bonus credited directly to your USDT wallet balance. The more active referrals you have, the more you earn passively.

Referral rewards are visible inside the Referrals section of your dashboard. Rewards are tiered based on the plan your referred friend activates. Details including the exact reward amounts are shown in the Referrals tab after you log in.

There is no cap on referrals. Refer as many people as you like and earn a bonus for every one who becomes an active investor. Your referral earnings are tracked in real time in the Referrals section of your dashboard.
